The Lucky Crow Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business! Please review our shipping policy below to understand how orders containing different types of items are handled and shipped within the United States.

1. Processing Times

Because some items are handcrafted to order while others are already made, processing times vary:
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Plushies: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your plushie to be handmade with care before it is shipped.
  • Mixed Orders: If your order contains both a ready-to-ship item and a made-to-order plushie, the entire order will ship together once the plushie is complete. If you need the ready-to-ship item sooner, please place two separate orders.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship exclusively within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage
  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery once the carrier scans the package.
  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the final weight of your order, see below for estimated costs (in USD):
    • 1-4oz = $7.5
    • 4.0001-8oz = $8
    • 8.0001-12oz = $9
    • 12.0001oz-15.999oz = $10
    • 16oz-32oz = $14
    • 32oz-64oz = $19
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier, delivery delays and transit issues are out of our hands.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received.
  • If your item(s) arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with a carrier claim.
