The Lucky Crow Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because custom crochet pieces and handmade clay creations are uniquely crafted to your specifications, all custom orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

2. Ready-to-Ship (Standard) Items

We want you to love your handmade purchase! For standard, non-custom items, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Clay items must be packaged securely to prevent breakage.

• Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives broken or defective (e.g., glass broken during transit), please contact us at theluckycrow.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will gladly issue a full refund! If you are wanting a replacement, we advise that you put in a new order after the refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at theluckycrow.store@gmail.com with your order number. Do not mail items back without prior authorization.
